Life is busy and sometimes it’s hard to give our dogs all of the time and attention they need! Dog daycare is a great way to give your dog what they crave…exercise, socialization, and education! At Ruff Love Dogs, we provide a fun, safe, and clean environment for your dog to be entertained all day long.

THE BENEFITS OF DOG DAYCARE

EXERCISE

Dogs need daily physical and mental exercise and daycare provides them the opportunity to burn some of their energy by playing with other pups for the entire day! When dogs are left alone at home for long periods of time they can get bored, become anxious or become destructive. At Ruff Love Dogs, we’ll help your dog burn some energy during the day so they’re calmer for you at home! We have Six dog runs (two of them are outside), fun play equipment in every room, and interactive staff members that will keep your dog busy and engaged!

SOCIALIZATION

Exposure to new people, places, and other dogs is incredibly important for a dog’s development. This is especially true for puppies! At Ruff Love Dogs, we combine all breeds, sizes and ages of dogs so they all learn how to socialize around other dogs that they may encounter outside of our daycare. We believe this helps prepare them for the real world!

EDUCATION

While at daycare dogs are receiving constant feedback from staff and other dogs that helps them learn proper behavior and how to successfully interact with others. At Ruff Love Dogs, our trained dog handlers are constantly monitoring dog behaviors and positively reinforcing proper manners and socialization.

NO RESERVATIONS REQUIRED!

Ruff Love Dogs has a first-come, first-served policy. We don't require reservations! We almost never fill up, but if you are planning on dropping off your pup later in the morning, we always recommend giving us a call to make sure we have room! The latest drop-off time is 1:00 pm everyday.

ENROLLMENT REQUIREMENTS

EVALUATIONS

All dogs must pass an evaluation before using our daycare and boarding services. Please give us a quick call to schedule your evaluation! During the evaluation, we will monitor your dog’s behavior to make sure they're safely and appropriately interacting with the other dogs and our team members.

VACCINATIONS

Age appropriate vaccinations are required for all dogs at our dog daycare. All dogs must be vaccinated for Distemper, Hepatitis, Parainfluenza, Parvo (DHPP), Bordetella, Rabies and have had a negative fecal test in the last 12 months.

SPAYING AND NEUTERING

Dogs over six months of age must be spayed or neutered. However, we do allow some exceptions to this requirement, in certain situations.

OTHER INFORMATION

In order to keep all of our dogs healthy, we kindly ask you to keep your dogs at home if they’re showing signs of cold or flu symptoms i.e. cough, runny nose, fever, lethargy, eye discharge, and reduced appetite. Once their symptoms are gone, they can come back and play!

We recommend that your dog have some sort of flea and tick protection.

We do not allow raw food to be served.
