We are a first-come, first-served business so that all types of customer schedules can be accommodated. Policies

Ruff Love Dogs has a 90-dog capacity Mondays-Fridays and a 45-dog capacity on Saturdays and Sundays. If you are dropping off your pup, we always recommend giving us a quick call to check current availability. We strive to provide the very best care of your pups, and this ensures that we can continue to give you and your dog the level of service and attention that you both deserve.

The latest drop-off time is 1:00pm everyday.

*Bordatella & Giardia Policies
Bordatella: If your pup has bordatella, we require that he or she see a vet. She will be more than welcome back at daycare once the full treatment of antibiotics and she’s symptom-free for 48 hours after the last dose of medication.
Giardia: If your pup tests positive for giardia, we require a letter from your vet stating that your pup’s fecal sample is now parasite-free.

We require all vaccinations to be up-to-date and if more than 30 days over you dog will be turned away.

All dogs not here in over 6 months will need to schedule a reevaluation.

Unfortunately we do not serve raw food due to contamination reasons.
